I use Neutrogena acne mark fading peel. It doesn't seem to harm in any way. It really takes away the appearance of any scar. I mostly use it for my face becasue it's a little bit pricey but way worth the buy.What is the safest way to get rid of pimple scars in the face?
This is just the scars left from zits yeah? Then use aloe vera - the gel squeezed from the leaf of the succulent and apply to the area every day. Aloe is a natural healing plant and is used for burns victims. It will definately help your acne scars.





You could also try microdermabrasion - Loreal has an ';at home'; kit for about $US22 or regular face peels using AHA's.

Mix powdered orange peels and curd into a thick paste and apply on the face except eyes. Allow the paste to dry and wash thoroughly with cold water.

I really like Aqua Glycolic Shampoo and Body Wash ( the AHA content is higher than the facial wash). My dermotologist recommended this.
I heard that if you wipe lemon juice over your face with a cotton wool peice it will help lighten them and eventually get rid of them
