Gemini laser treatment for acne and acne scars?

Has anyone gotten this type of laser treatment for their acne or acne scars? I'm nervous about it but hate my scars and even though I've been using retin-a, I still break out. I'm just nervous about side effects from the laser, such as swelling or not even noticing a difference. Any advice?
