Acne is normal in a scar, mainly blackheads. Aloe vera coca butter cream i have heard is good for scars. But i have not tried because i like my scars, its shows you have lived through something LOL. So if you cant get it to fade just be proud that nature gave u something to live through even if it was a scratch, make up a stupid story to tell the kids if u have any LOL.
