naw in fourth grade i fell on cement playing four square and its just like that. it think it just moves around a lot, so the skin doesnt quite heal the same. dont worry about it.Are elbow scars suppose to have slightly raised skin and look rubber?
uhmm..i don't really know what you mean by ';rubber';
but my elbow scars are ';shinier'; looking than the rest of my elbow and is different colored and yeah it is raised
