Can i use whitening lotion to whiten my scars at the back of legs made by over scratching?

i feel ugly.....Can i use whitening lotion to whiten my scars at the back of legs made by over scratching?
try mederma or a scar lotion made especially for that. If all else fails, go see a dermatologist and talk about your other options.
