There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. There's not a whole lot you can do but wait. If you go to a dermatologist, or body spa place, they do microdermabration ( chemical blast or peel). With this, you lay on your belly, and they either laser your back, chemical rub your back, or somewhat sandblast your back. These also work for face too! Bad thing... $$$ it may cost up to $500 per treatment. Then they expect you to go back several times to bet full effect. If I were you, and was you... get a back scrub from walmart or krogers, and a exfoliating body wash. Use this everyother day. Then everyday during the procedure (at night before bed) put on a cocoa butter lotion on your back ( it helps reduce scar sizes, and betters skin) how do I know? Im a model. Good luck!

That is why for years western medicine failed to draw ties between diet and acne. Medical development, and treatments for acne sufferers, has progressed significantly within the last 15 years alone. Yet the problem of acne has remained largely uncurbed, until recently. Read on ?? go to
