What are eczema scars, what's the signs/treatment&prevention of them?

This is for homework. Thanks! What are eczema scars, what's the signs/treatment%26amp;prevention of them?
eczema scars dont really look like scars. after scratching the area becomes more irritable and a bit inflamed and puffed up. the only actual scar you can get from eczema would be from penetrating the skin when you scratch, leaving cuts. The signs of eczema would be very irritated skin, and rashes when scratching the area that feels irritated. using lotion would be the best thing to do at first, but once it gets serious i would suggest that you go to a dermatologist. the dermatologist will prescribe you with the medicine that best suits the seriousness of the case of eczema. ezcema is usually hereditary, and it cannot actually be cured. eczema can be treated so that it no longer itches and so that the area looks normal again. hope this helps:)What are eczema scars, what's the signs/treatment%26amp;prevention of them?
My children have this and the scares really don't look like scars at all, but patches of thick skin and it really itchs. There is no cure or anything they just tell you to keep you skin mositizered really good and give you a cream to stop the itch.
