If i put lime juice on my acne scars to fade them, do i have to go in the sun for it to work?

i didn't have lemons so i put fresh squeezed lime juice on my scars...

The last thng you want to do is to go in the sun, the sun will actually darken any scarring you already have. Acne scars take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to fade. Avoid the sun on scarring and try mederma or other fade cream but no sun!
