How do i get rid of crocodile skin? & Scars?

My elbows %26amp; Knees and so rough %26amp; bumpy and i tried putting lotion and stuff on it but it doesn't work. %26amp; i cut myself (BY ACCIDENT!) LAST YEAR and there is a scar there and i want to get rid of it! NO OPERATIONS PLZ! help?How do i get rid of crocodile skin? %26amp; Scars?
i have rough skin too, so i used Olay lotion for normal skin, and it softened up a bit.

I saw you get lotion that has either Aloe vera OR Vitamin E, and then for your scar put sunblock on it everytime you go out so it doesn't get darker and buy a small jar of vitamin E. Apply 3 time a day to the scar and most likely it should go away [=
