use evening primrose oil or ever plain vitamin e oil on the scar , this works ! believe me , but use it as soon as posible since tisue is very sensitive !

Emu oil is very good. Or you could try cortisone injections from a dermatologist. They also have some over the counter creams made to reduce the appearance of scars. Hope that helps.
it depends on the type of scars u have.. if it is hypertrophic or keloidal. in both topical application of a potent steroid is appfor a week .. in stubborn cases a shot of steroid is injected into the scar tissues to bring about the atrophy. laser treatment does help it too

in fresh scars a cream called contractubex or mederma containing allium sepa is available in the market
