There are different types of acne scarring, ranging from ice pick scars to ';box car'; scars. As a rule, you would need some major laser resurfacing or a deep phenol peel in order to get rid of these, unless you have surgical subscision performed on them. The use of the dermarolling or skin kneading will basically do nothing for a real acne scar. (And, it's not cheap, either)
